1 / Cleaning

All of our soft play equipment is cleaned before we set it up at each event. It is then cleaned again after each event before we disassemble the pieces. We use a disinfectant that is safe for children, contains no harsh chemicals, and is odorless. Our disinfectant is EPA registered.

2 / Refunds?

Deposits are nonrefundable, in the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your event, please contact us within 48 hours before your event date. We will hold deposit for 6 months from the date canceled.

3 / Do you set up outside?

Yes! As long as the weather permits. We will set up outside for any event. In summer months outdoor parties & events must have a shaded or covered area for soft play equipment, so it's not too hot for your little ones. The soft play equipment can get extremely hot in the summertime heat and can cause burns. We will not set up over uneven surfaces to ensure the safety of the children playing. We will only set up on grass or solid areas that is clear of debris and animal feces.  A tarp will be laid down under the play mat if needed.

4 / What if it rains or snows?

To ensure the safety of the children. We will not set up outdoors if there is rain/snow in the forecast. Rain and snow can also damage our equipment. Please have an indoor location as a back up plan, in case of weather issues. If indoors isn't an option, you may reschedule your event within a reasonable time frame.

5 / Do you have any rules?

Yes, for the safety of the children and to ensure that our equipment stays in good condition. We will set up a board of rules at each play area. Also, we do not service events that will have face paint, So please let us know if this will be an issue.

6 / Do the children have to be supervised while playing on the soft play?

Yes! 100%. Children must be supervised by someone 18 years or older.

7 / How does delivery work?

We will arrive at least 1-2 hours prior to your event start time to begin set up. Delivery time will be arranged 48 hours prior to event day. If there will be any restrictions that may delay set up (stairs, lack of parking, etc.) Please let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.

8 / Can we make changes to our order?

Yes, if changes are available, changes can only be made 48 hours before event. Renter is responsible for any extra charges that may apply.

9 / Is there a delivery fee?

Delivery is free within a 30 mile radius of 13357. Delivery charges may be added if outside of 30 mile radius. Please messages or email us if you would like a delivery quote.

10 / Set up and pick up

The earliest we will set up is 9am unless we have discussed otherwise and the latest pickup is 8 pm.  Contact us, if you need extended time.
